Drawing-Based Cutting & Forming
Factory-provided materials describe drawing-based cutting, forming and CNC bending. The applicable process, plate specification and dimensional limits are confirmed against the approved project drawings.
MANUFACTURING SOURCE BY EQUIPMENT SCOPE
Grace’s family-owned factory and the specialist partner route are stated separately so customers know who produces each equipment package.
GRACE’S FAMILY-OWNED FACTORY
Grace’s family owns and operates the manufacturing facility in Yixing. The factory produces project-specific stainless steel and carbon steel equipment and fabricated components.
Project-specific equipment, frames, skids, tanks, housings and fabricated components can be reviewed against customer drawings and specifications.
The capability summary below is based on company profile materials from Grace’s family-owned factory and additional scope confirmed by Grace.
Grace’s family factory directly manufactures the confirmed stainless steel, carbon steel, biological odor control and activated carbon equipment. Selected specialist manufacturers are used only for categories outside the confirmed scope of the family-owned factory.
Before quotation, the responsible factory confirms materials, dimensions, process requirements, documentation, inspection scope and production limitations for the project.
FAMILY FACILITY FOOTAGE
Authorized workshop footage supplied by Grace. The video documents the family manufacturing facility and stainless steel fabrication environment; it does not by itself represent certification, production capacity or an unlimited product range.
Factory-provided materials describe drawing-based cutting, forming and CNC bending. The applicable process, plate specification and dimensional limits are confirmed against the approved project drawings.
Factory-provided materials describe gas-shielded welding for carbon steel work, submerged arc welding where suitable, and argon arc welding for critical stainless steel welds. Procedures, qualifications and acceptance criteria remain project-specific.
For carbon steel equipment, surface preparation and coating or lining systems are selected according to the medium, temperature and installation environment. The final system and inspection records are defined in the project documents.
Dimensional checks, interface positions, assembly condition and equipment-specific testing can be included according to the agreed inspection plan and contract scope.
Material certificates, purchased-component certificates, inspection records, agreed test reports, coating records, packing lists and export documents can be coordinated when specified in the contract.
Biological odor control equipment is manufactured directly by Grace’s family-owned factory. The process design, materials, configuration, dimensions and performance requirements are confirmed against the written project scope before quotation.
Activated carbon adsorption equipment is manufactured directly by Grace’s family-owned factory. Vessel material, carbon media, airflow, interfaces, monitoring requirements and included scope are confirmed project by project.
