Emission source
Identify the process, collection points, enclosure condition, exhaust pattern and whether the source is continuous or intermittent.
INDUSTRIAL ODOR & AIR POLLUTION CONTROL
Biological odor control and activated carbon equipment can be manufactured by Grace’s family-owned facility. FRP and PP packages are supplied through selected specialist manufacturing partners according to the confirmed project scope.
DESIGN BASIS
Airflow alone is not enough. The pollutant profile, operating pattern, capture arrangement, materials and acceptance method determine the responsible equipment route.
Identify the process, collection points, enclosure condition, exhaust pattern and whether the source is continuous or intermittent.
Provide known odor compounds, concentration ranges, temperature, humidity, dust, aerosols and relevant safety information.
State measured or calculated airflow, simultaneous operating conditions, duct arrangement and available pressure information.
Name the outlet limit, boundary requirement or agreed removal target together with the applicable operating conditions.
Confirm corrosion concerns, preferred vessel and duct materials, outdoor conditions and any customer material specification.
Define sampling points, test method, operating load, commissioning responsibilities and documents required for acceptance.
No universal removal efficiency or compliance claim is made without confirmed inlet conditions, a named target, agreed operating load and written sampling or acceptance basis.
MANUFACTURING ROUTE
The responsible production route is identified during technical and commercial review so buyers know which facility produces each part of the package.
Biological odor control units can be manufactured by Grace’s family-owned facility. Process design, media, materials, dimensions and performance requirements remain project-specific.
Activated carbon adsorption equipment can be manufactured by the family-owned facility. Vessel material, carbon media, airflow, interfaces and monitoring requirements are confirmed for each project.
FRP and PP scrubbers and related equipment outside the confirmed scope of the family-owned factory are supplied through selected specialist manufacturing partners.
